Agriculture Competitions at the Atherton Show

A longstanding tradition of the Atherton Show, our Agriculture Competition celebrates the incredible variety and quality of locally grown produce. Whether it’s vibrant vegetables, fresh citrus, or unique homegrown herbs, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your green thumb and farming pride!

Entry & Presentation Guidelines

  • Exhibits must be clean, insect-free, and tidy (remove dead leaves, etc.).
  • Rubber bands are permitted to bundle or group items.
  • Non-compliant entries may not be judged.

Note: Judges may cut into samples as needed during judging.

Conditions of Entry

  • Refer to the General Conditions of Entry & Show Rules.
  • Class cards must be clearly displayed on each entry.
  • A new class may be created if three or more exhibitors submit the same type of exhibit not currently listed.
  • Unless otherwise noted at entry, exhibits become the property of the Society.
  • Use the specialised Agriculture Entry Form, or submit via the General Entry Form.
  • Limit: 4 entries per Class per exhibitor.
  • Junior exhibitors must be under 18 years of age at the time of the Show.
