Atherton Show is a Companion Card Affiliate.  A single Carer is granted free entry with the person they support if the person supported and purchasing a ticket is a Companion Card holder. Entry for Carers is non-transferable, and no pass-outs will be provided.  A Companion Card for the person supported must be shown at each entry.

Yes, parking is available around the showgrounds, including designated areas for accessible parking. Volunteers will help guide traffic.

School-aged Children (Prep – Year 12) qualify for student pricing. Children under school age (4 years and below) enter free.

Gates open to the public from 9:00am each day. Monday operates into the evening with fantastic night‑time entertainment, including the fireworks, while the Show concludes on Tuesday at 4:00pm.

The Atherton Show takes place annually, typically in late June or early July.  Please refer to www.athertonshow.com.au for this year’s dates!

The show is hosted at the Atherton Showgrounds, located on Louise Street, Atherton QLD.

Pensioner Ticket Pricing is available to individuals who present a pension card displaying either ‘AGE’ (Aged Pensioner) or ‘DSP’ (Disability Pensioner). This discounted price is also available to Veterans who present a Yellow Card, White Card, or Gold Card.

The show is proudly organised by the Atherton Tablelands Agricultural Society, a dedicated team of local volunteers who work year-round to bring the event to life.
