Details:

Entries Due: By 4:00pm Tuesday 23rd June.

Delivery: Merriland Hall on Sunday 28th June (Seniors by 10am, Juniors by 11:00am)

Judging: Seniors 11:00am & Juniors 12:00pm, Sunday 28th June

Rules: No packet mixes; all exhibits must be exhibitor’s own work; display as directed and collect by 4:00pm Wednesday.

Conditions of Entry

  • Refer to the General Conditions of Entry & Show Rules
  • One entry per mixture only. No packet mixes or commercial preparations.
  • All entries must be exhibitor’s own work
  • Display items on plate, tray, or board (name underneath), covered with a clear plastic bag (no tape underneath).
  • Sample pots and packaging bags available from the Show Office (free).
  • Fruit Cakes: Use 8″ square tins and display on cake boards.
  • Bar Cakes: May use foil-covered cardboard.
  • Scones, pikelets: Not to be buttered.
  • Decorated Cakes: Max size 40x40cm. Judges will cut the cakes.
  • Exhibits to be collected by 4pm Wednesday or become property of the Show Society (excluding Decorated Cakes).
  • Notify Stewards of no-show entries in advance.
