Entries Due: Forms & fees by Tuesday 24th June, 4pm. Deliver exhibits Sunday 29th June (Seniors by 10am, Juniors by 11am).

Judging Times: Seniors 11am, Juniors 12 noon, Sunday 29th June at Merriland Hall.

Entry Fee & Prizes: $1 per entry. 1st prize: $10 + certificate; 2nd: $5 + certificate (unless stated).

Rules: No packet mixes; all exhibits must be exhibitor’s own work; display as directed and collect by 4pm Wednesday.

Conditions of Entry

  • Refer to the General Conditions of Entry & Show Rules
  • One entry per mixture only. No packet mixes or commercial preparations.
  • All entries must be exhibitor’s own work
  • Display items on plate, tray, or board (name underneath), covered with a clear plastic bag (no tape underneath).
  • Sample pots and packaging bags available from the Show Office (free).
  • Fruit Cakes: Use 8″ square tins and display on cake boards.
  • Bar Cakes: May use foil-covered cardboard.
  • Scones, pikelets: Not to be buttered.
  • Decorated Cakes: Max size 40x40cm. Judges will cut the cakes.
  • Exhibits to be collected by 4pm Wednesday or become property of ATAS (excluding Decorated Cakes).
  • Notify Stewards of no-show entries in advance.
